Tried to sign on and subscribe, couldn't, got a muddled, hard sell Magzter site trying to sell me other magazines. Gave up after 10 minutes. Too bad, I would've liked to read and support Mother Jones.
Have tried numerous times to read articles, after subscribing for a year and even donating an additional $20, but, I'm unable and told to subscribe. You got me this time, but, never again.
Love the magazine but having paid for digital and being unable to read any article really sucks. What a scam.
I got an annual subscription and the STUPID POS was saying "sign up for a subscription" when I TRIED TO READ MY SUBSCRIPTION cancelled
So many App complaints answered with vague 'elaborate your' problem scared me off. It's not 'our' problem when it's so frequent. Please fix. I'd like to support Mother Jones.
I paid $9.99 for a sub, but it won't allow me to read anything. I wish I had looked at reviews first. I will be contacting Google for a refund.
I have a paid subscription, but am unable to get content tgrough the app! I emailed help and sent them the confirmation of my subscription. They said that they couldn't help that I would need to talk to another department. That department doesn't answer emails. If this doesn't start working ASAP is time to tell my credit card company to cancel payment! Do not recommend!
Great magazine that never matured. While the rest of us are reading news when we have time on our phones, these clowns are serving a web version of their printed newspaper. Nobody has ever scrolled up and down and back and forth on pages like those for more than half a story. Come on boys and girls, grow up! And while you're at it, please stop burning all your bridges and start establishing some credibility with political opponents, as well as besties. There are more moderates with radical roots
How do I access my existing digital subscription, please? Edit: My problem was due to the fact that my Mother Jones subscription wishes me to use Zinio, but that was not made evident to me.
